SMS is a separate choice. These terms describe the ARMILINE Job Alerts program, your consent and the ways to stop messages or get help.
01Program and operator
ARMILINE Job Alerts is an optional role-alert messaging program operated by ARMILINE LLC. Where offered, messages concern opportunities aligned with selected interests and essential updates about the alert account. Messages do not guarantee employment, an interview or that an opportunity remains available.
02Your separate SMS choice
SMS consent is collected through a separate checkbox identifying ARMILINE LLC. The checkbox is not preselected. Entering a mobile number, browsing a role, or choosing general alert preferences does not by itself provide SMS consent.
By actively selecting SMS and submitting an enrollment to an available service, you confirm that you are authorized to use the mobile number and agree to receive recurring automated role-alert text messages from ARMILINE LLC at that number. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or use of the role browsing service. A preference preview alone does not establish an SMS enrollment.
03Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to your selected preferences, matching opportunities and necessary account updates. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. ARMILINE does not charge a separate subscription fee through this website. Contact your wireless provider for information about your messaging or data plan.
04Opting out
For an active SMS enrollment, reply STOP to any program message to opt out. A single confirmation message may be sent to acknowledge the opt-out, after which recurring program messages to that number will stop. You can also contact nichole@armilinellc.com to request help ending an enrollment.
Do not provide a number belonging to someone else. If you change or give up a number, update or end your enrollment. A future re-enrollment requires a new affirmative consent; previously checked consent is not automatically reused.
05Help and support
Reply HELP to an active program message for assistance, or email nichole@armilinellc.com. Identify the ARMILINE Job Alerts program and include only the information needed to locate your request. Do not send tax numbers, identity documents or payment details.
06Delivery and availability
Message delivery depends on service availability, carrier support, coverage and the accuracy of your number. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery timing is not guaranteed.
The website can be used to review preferences before a submission and messaging service is configured. It does not treat a preview as a successful subscription or send messages from a static page. Any enabled service must separately process enrollment, help and opt-out requests.
07Mobile information and privacy
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging platforms, carriers and contracted service providers may process it only to operate, deliver or support the chosen program.
Information may also be retained as needed to respect an opt-out, document consent, protect the service or meet applicable legal obligations. The Privacy Policy contains further details about information handling and requests.
08Changes and related terms
Material changes to the program or these terms will be communicated as appropriate. New consent will be obtained when needed for a materially different messaging purpose. The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply. This edition is effective September 12, 2026.
