Your interests belong to you. This policy explains what information the ARMILINE index handles, why it is used and the choices available to you.
01Scope and operator
ARMILINE LLC operates armilinellc.com, an independent index of publicly listed opportunities. This policy covers information handled through this website and, when offered, the ARMILINE Job Alerts program. It does not govern the practices of an actual hiring employer or an independently operated external website.
02Information you provide
You may browse the index without creating an account. Alert fields include a role or keyword, discipline, location, work mode, email address and an optional mobile number. A role-specific alert also includes the public reference number, slug and title of the selected role. SMS consent is a separate choice.
In the default preference-preview mode, form entries stay in the current page’s memory; reviewing them does not transmit an alert request to a server. When a configured alert service is available, submitting the form transmits these fields, the consent wording and version, and the page URL to that service.
The contact form prepares an email draft. It does not automatically send your message. If you send the draft through your email application, ARMILINE receives your name, reply address, message and the information included in that email.
03Browsing and technical information
The hosting service may process an IP address, browser information, requested URL, timestamp and basic security or error logs to deliver and protect the website. Search and filter choices appear in the page URL, so avoid entering private information in search fields.
This release uses locally hosted fonts and assets. It does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics or a marketing-cookie banner. Form entries are not written to browser local storage. Your browser and hosting service may use ordinary resource caches.
04How information is used
Information is used for the function you request and to operate the website. The applicable purposes are:
- Displaying and reviewing your selected role preferences.
- Saving and managing alert preferences when a submission service is enabled.
- Delivering the communication channels you separately choose, where offered.
- Responding to correspondence, privacy requests or help inquiries.
- Maintaining service security and necessary records of a submitted consent or opt-out.
06Your choices and requests
Choosing a role alert does not automatically authorize SMS. The SMS checkbox starts unchecked, and you may leave it unchecked. A mobile number is required only when choosing SMS, although an optional number entered into the form must be valid.
For an active SMS enrollment, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may also contact nichole@armilinellc.com about your communication preferences. Contact that address to request access to, correction of or deletion of information ARMILINE holds about you. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited records required for legal, security or opt-out purposes. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location and circumstances.
07Retention and security
Preview inputs are discarded when the page session is closed or reset. Submitted information, correspondence and necessary service records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations or the record of a preference or opt-out.
Reasonable measures are used to protect information handled by the service. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send identity documents, tax numbers, payment details or other sensitive records through the website contact form.
08Children and international access
The directory is intended for people exploring professional opportunities and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe such information has been submitted.
ARMILINE is based in Washington, United States. If you contact or submit information from another country, it may be processed in the United States or where an authorized service provider operates.
09Policy updates
Changes will be reflected in this policy with an updated effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice. The effective date of this edition is September 12, 2026.
